Raw Material Inspection:

- Raw material appearance inspection: inspect “Marking”, “Quantity”, “Thickness” and “Surface quality”
- Raw material chemical composition analysis: re-check the chemical property
- Raw material mechanical property inspection: inspect “Yield strength”, “Tensile strength” and “Elongation”
Production Control:
- Dimension inspection : inspect “Length”, “Straightness”, “Diameter”, “Ovality tolerance”, “Root face and bevel”, “Square cut on pipe end”, “Dents”, “offsets of plate edges” and “Thickness”
- Hydrostatic pressure test: inspect “Pressure gauge”, “Sensor calibration”, “Test pressure” and “Holding time”
- Nondestructive test: Ultrasonic flaw detection or Eddy current testing
Finished Product Inspection:
- Tensile test: Pipe body tensile test
- Chemical analysis: Chemical property
- Metallographic test: Metallographic structure
- Weight test: Test the weight of each pipe
- Pipe end protection: Pipe end protector
